Process

In Ventury Engineering quality is a way of life and the philosophy is about Quality ‘Assurance’ and not Quality ‘Control’ which is the essence of “Internal Customer” Principle. In order to ensure consistency of quality assurance the processes, documentation and problem solving methods are clearly outlined.

  • Tooling: Flawless designing and prototyping using advanced 3-D printers
  • MouldCNC Laser guided machines are used for making the mould.
  • Molding Machine: The mould is then processed using state of the art machines, operated by experienced professionals.
  • Assembly: Our all- woman team then assembles and works on the custom products as per the requisites of our customers.

Internal Customer Concept

In Ventury Engineering an assembler treats the next operator as a customer to whom the assembly work is passed on. It is the sole responsibility of the assembler to satisfy her customer. In case she is not satisfied she raises a Supplier’s Corrective Action Report for the necessary rectifications with some other details. 

Training

The rapidly changing business and customer requirement demands continuous up-gradation of skills and competencies. Training during induction and at regular intervals has ensured that productivity and quality consciousness of each and every member of the team is enhanced continuously.
